David Pickard

Mr. Pickard has always been passionate about organization, planning, and -most importantly- people. It is his compassion for people, and their loved ones, that led to his practicing Trusts & Estates Law.

His expertise in the area allows clients to feel at ease and content in the planning, execution, and administration process. In addition to this, Mr. Pickard sincerely enjoys working with individuals and families to help plan for the future. He also desires to lessen clients’ pain and ease transitions, as much as possible, following someone’s death by assisting with the legal aspects of administration.

Mr. Pickard is a Member of the California Bar and is admitted to practice in all of the Superior Courts in the State of California, and in the Federal Court, Central District of California. Throughout his career, Mr. Pickard has earned a reputation as a trusted attorney delivering the personalized attention his clients deserve, while assisting them with protecting their assets and creating lasting legacies for their heirs and loved ones.

Mr. Pickard attended both Stanford University and the University of Southern California, earning both Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Architecture degrees. He attended Southwestern Law School and earned his Juris Doctor Degree. A native of Southern California, Mr. Pickard serves his community through his past and current involvement in the Rotary Club of Whittier, the Boy Scouts of America, the USC Women’s Athletics Board of Directors, the Whittier Cultural Arts Foundation, and as a Trustee and Elder of the East Whittier Presbyterian Church.
